Becoming a Member
Sign Up Online
Sign up online by filling out this form and by paying by credit card. Click on the button below. Your renewal will be accepted as soon as we receive your completed form and payment. Keep your Paypal receipt which will confirm your payment shortly after youp pay. A PENS email will be sent to inform you when your membership card is ready for pick up at the ticket booth.
Sign Up By Mail
To sign up by mail download, print, complete, sign and mail this form to our address, along with a check payable to the PENS. You will receive an email confirming your membership once we receive your sing up form and payment. This email will serve as a temporary pass until you receive your membership card.
Sign Up In Person
By visiting our ticket booth or the Sutton Tourist Information Bureau you can sign up for you membership card in person. Payment must be made by check or cash.
*Your membersiph card will be waiting for you at the PENS ticket booth in order to minimise your environmental impact. If you have specifically requested that your membership be posted, then it will be mailed.
If nothing has changed since your last membership (contact details, family members or type of membership desired), you can renew online by paying by credit card by clicking on the button below, without the need to fill out new form. Your renewal will be effective upon receipt of your payment.

Since May 14, 2016, it’s possible to pay for your membership by volunteering at the PENS, in three different positions: Landscaper/trail maintenance, Trail Patrol and Guide.
Landscape work must be done during the 4 predetermined seasonal park clean ups in the spring and fall. You will be working alongside PENS employees.
The PENS Trail Patrol monitor trail use and conditions. They aim to ensure all hikers have a plesant and safe nature experience. Both the Trail Patrol and Guide positions can be done throughout the year, basic training is needed.
